If you can get a million dollars for your old shack and then live it up in Montana or Idaho, why wouldn't you?

They are not fleeing. They are just monetizing their biggest asset, their houses.

do you think the elites care in their gated communities? This has been their plan all along, the elites accumulating massive wealth with the rest poor and desperate 3rd worlders who will work for food. No, the elites will not mourn you moving. They will be too busy counting their money.

Taking your money and leaving is otherwise known as "fleeing".

There is the connotation of running away from some danger. They are not doing that.

Yes they are. They are running away from the danger of falling housing prices, higher taxes, and of course the encroaching Diversity.

The Bay Area is the greatest place in the world after all, right? Who would ever want to leave?

As I explained already, they leave because they have an economic incentive to leave.

It's not bad but not worth 10% state income tax, the f-ggots, dumb assed limp wristed libs and beaners. Leaving SF and california was the best decision of my life.

"The high price of housing doesn't seem to discourage Latino and Asian migration that much," he added. "They are willing to double up and make sacrifices that middle class whites don't really expect to make."

In other words, Whites are used to living like Whites and want to continue to live like Whites.

To third world monkeys, even living in a congested dump in the U.S. is better than living in their home monkey countries.

The white CA refugees are helping prop up Seattle area housing prices nicely. Then they put another $100K into the house to make it livable to their standards. They are gentrifying neighborhoods up here, pricing working people out. This is how we get a $10 round trip toll on the 520 bridge. the yups can afford and even better it keeps the riff- raff off the bridge. I am figuring out were to move next.
